Via my work with the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure, I help the public sector gain an understanding of the due diligence that should be done when undertaking a complex or generational infrastructure project. Let’s work to de-risk your project by using the most appropriate project delivery method. Sometimes, traditional procurement methods (design-build, design-bid-build, and CMAR) can leave you with too much financial, schedule, or headline exposure. Let’s find out if P3 will work better for your project.

It’s not always easy to push through innovation and reforms at the local and state levels with existing staffing. Years of fiscal constraints can lead to a lack of internal bandwidth to get big things done. Those same fiscal constraints don’t always allow you to just hand off a project to a consultant.

Working together, we can get the right amount of external support to get your organizational and operational reviews, strategic plans, policy development, and innovations going and facilitated to ensure you have the buy-in you need for a successful implementation.

Doing Good Things means it’s not all about the paycheck. If you’re not sure where to start with your bright idea to help your community or improve government, if you need help in an area where my skill set doesn’t add value, or if there’s some real or perceived conflict of interest, I’ll gladly point you to someone who can help you and throw in some free advice to boot - yours to take or leave as you see fit.
